Deductible / Service fee:
Coverage is subject to a standard deducible/service fee of $75 (or actual cost, if less than the standard deductible) per claim, per occurrence. Deductible to be paid to contractor at time of service call.

Note:
Contract holder is responsible for upgrade, repairs, permits, improvements, replacement or additional costs if required by local, state or federal regulations. This includes the costs involving hazardous and toxic material or asbestos and the recapture and disposal of refrigerants (freon). Upgrading can include, but not limited to, replacing furnace flues, piping, ductwork, and electrical work.
